Our ancient rabbis taught that, like all things in life, if we prepare our hearts and our minds for the holidays not just on the days of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur themselves, but throughout the entire month, even the entire year, preceding those days, we will find ourselves coming to services with a sense of connection, desire, and joy. There is no better way to do this than through music.

It is with great joy that we have produced a CD of the music of our High Holidays at Temple Emanuel.  This project was the dream of our beloved Hazzan, Elias Rosemberg, and he has worked diligently with the artists, both lay and professional, to bring us a taste of the spiritual delight that music can bring to our High Holiday, contemporary service, and Pesach experience. We hope this will inspire you to greater enjoyment of the holidays.
