Shira Starobinski is a native Israeli (from our sister city Haifa) who was born on Shabbat Shira. She graduated from Haifa University in Hebrew and French Languages & Literature and earned a master’s degree in Library Science. Shira enjoys the warm, Jewish atmosphere at Temple Emanuel and uses her diverse skills to assist Senior Rabbi Michelle Robinson and members of the community.

In her free time, she can be found reading, exercising, singing, and traveling.
