Adult Choir

IMG_2379Led by Cantor Rosemberg, Artistic Director and Eugenia Gerstein, Conductor, the Adult Choir performs several times a year in services and concerts, including the High Holidays, a Hanukkah concert at an extended care facility, Shabbat Shira, Project Manna concert, Yom Hashoah commemoration, and Yom Haaztmaut.

The Choir practices every Wednesday night from 8:00 to 9:30 pm, September through June. For more information, please contact Cantor Elias Rosemberg.


Temple Emanuel has a wonderful new women’s singing group at called “Zamira,” for mothers of teens and young adults. Zamira’s mission is “Singing, Service and Support.” Under the musical direction of Eugenia Gerstein,  Zamira meets twice a month to socialize and sing popular Jewish/Israeli music.

Practice sessions follow the congregational school year calendar. With part of its mission being Tikkun Olam, Zamira performs two concerts a year.

All Temple Emanuel members are welcome to attend. If you are an experienced singer, mother of a teen or young adult, and you are interested in joining Zamira, please contact Lisa Golden.
