Celebrate the new and exquisite Judaica collection donated by the family of Sylvia Zenia Wiener. It will be displayed in the beautiful cabinetry recently installed in the Bornstein-Stacks Foyer opposite the Gann Chapel. This Sisterhood funded initiative culminates over two years of planning and implementation by the Sisterhood Museum Committee.
Following opening remarks by clergy and a brief presentation by members of the Sisterhood Museum Committee, a reception will be held in the Java Café. Attendees will also have an opportunity to view and ask questions about objects in the collection, which include Hanukkah lamps, Torah finials, yads, spice boxes, tapestries, and other significant Judaica from around the world.
