Minyan Ma’or Shabbat Lunch n’ Learn with Rabbi Wes Gardenswartz

Rabbi Wes Gardenswartz will lead an interactive discussion on the questions of “Do we ever solve our problems, or, do we never solve our problems?” at Minyan Ma’or’s Lunch + Learn this Shabbat in Reisman Hall following Ma’or’s service, which starts at 9:30 a.m.

We will learn how to address these questions from the perspective of the rhythm of the week and the role of Shabbat. We recover from the stresses of the week by coming together on Shabbat for tefilot and Talmud Torah. For the precious day of Shabbat, we are – temporarily – at peace, strengthened so that we can face the world again.
