If you like Klezmer music and play any instrument, then join us for the Klezmer music sessions in 2017/18.

You will enjoy playing and learning about Klezmer music – how do the mysterious notes come together as music? Are there are special chords, scales? Find out the answer through playing Klezmer music.

All levels and all instruments welcome!

Klezmer (literally klay zemer) means ‘instruments of song’ and is the traditional music  of Eastern European Ashkenazi Jews. It’s mostly played for dancing at happy occasions such as weddings or bar mitzvahs.
