With Donna Rubenoff – Learn how to bring deeper meaning to your Judaism through meditation as well as to explore how meditation can quiet the mind and encourage positive thought in support of mind-body healing.
No prior experience with meditation is necessary; those who already practice meditation will receive techniques to incorporate into their existing practices.
Saturday mornings from 9 – 10 am
Sep 7, Oct 5, Nov 9, Dec 7, Jan 4, Feb 1, Mar 7 and Apr 4
You may attend any or all of these sessions
Participants are warmly encouraged to join Shabbat services after the sessions.
Donna Rubenoff has a background in human services and has been a peer leader at the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. Donna incorporates teachings of Torah, Jewish stories, and quotes from Jewish scholars into our meditations to help people deepen self-understanding through a spiritual connection.
