Please join the Antisemitism Task Force and the Israel Action Committee to hear Robert Leikind and Dr. Brandy Shufutinsky speak about the factors that fuel antisemitism in K-12 Education, moderated by Robin Freidman. This event is for students, parents, educators and community members who are concerned about the explosion of antisemitism in our K-12 schools and want to learn more about effective interventions. Please bring your questions for the experts.

About The Speakers

Rob Leikind is the Regional Director of AJC New England. Mr. Leikind is a member of the Massachusetts Special Commission on Combatting Antisemitism. Under Mr. Leikind’s leadership, the AJC exposed the antisemitism in the MTA. In addition, the AJC is instrumental in promoting the adoption of the IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism as an educational tool to identify and combat hate.

Dr. Brandy Shufutinsky is the Director of Education and Community Engagement of NAVI, The North American Values Institute, formerly the Jewish Institute for Liberal Values. Dr. Shufutinsky empowers, trains and supports parents in their efforts to promote North American values in K-12 education and combat antisemitism.

About The Moderator

Robin Freidman is the Co-Founder of TribeTalk, an organization that equips Jewish students and their allies from middle school through college with the knowledge and tools to confidently identify, confront, and respond to antisemitism and anti-Israel bias.
